For valentines, Andrew gifted his partner Sonny a photoshoot with their dog Ollie. Our goal was to capture a family portrait, action shots, and authentic moments in the gorgeous setting of the Wissahickon. We got a warm day in early May, hiking down to the Thomas Mill covered bridge that was first built in 1737. I’m always thrilled to get to work in the Wissahickon Valley– it is brimming with beauty year-round.
Katie & Joe | Fall Renault Winery Wedding in Egg Harbor City NJ
Katie and Joe’s wedding at Renault Winery in Egg Harbor City was a sentimental day filled with the love of family. Katie had her hair and makeup done by Gina Jost in the hotel’s bridal suite. The early November sun shone bright in the afternoon as we made our way around the property for Katie and Joe’s couples portraits, followed by group photos. During the ceremony, the setting sun cast golden beams and long shadows. The evening featured tear-jerking speeches, dancing DJed by Joe Bertolini of Events by GM, and the cutest Nintendo-themed cake toppers.
I met Katie and Joe through their friends Nina and Sean whose wedding I photographed in 2023. It was great getting to see them! Thank you to Rachel Del Sordo for joining me as second photographer.
Erica & Matt | fall engagement session in Media PA
October in Pennsylvania is such a special time for photos, and I’m so glad Erica and Matt chose to work with me for their Media, PA engagement session. They brought along their son Isac, who was born earlier this year. We lucked out with perfect fall weather and beautiful natural light. Most of our time was spent at Louis Scott Memorial Park, with stops at their home and Glen Providence Park.

Laura & Luke | Princeton Theological Seminary Wedding
Laura and Luke, who met as Princeton Seminarians, married at the Princeton Seminary Chapel. They held their reception at Procter House, an adorable yellow house that serves as the residence for the Episcopal Chaplaincy and a gathering space for student events. It was a gorgeous October afternoon for an outdoor reception. In lieu of a wedding cake, Laura and Luke served several delicious pies. I love how the film from their wedding turned out! The architecture of Princeton’s main campus was a fun backdrop to pose the couple and their wedding party.
If you’re interested in deconstruction, check out Laura’s podcast And Also With You, where she and her cohost break down challenging Christian concepts and share their faith journeys as women priests.
Caitlin & Ben's | Willows Villanova rainy day wedding

Cottage Flowers did a gorgeous job on the florals, Christina Maria did Caitlin’s makeup, Schaffer Sounds DJed the party, Peachtree provided vegan catering and Sealed with a Kiss officiated. They had a lively dance party which is always so much fun to photograph!
Climate and Community Project | staff photoshoot in Philly
The leaders of the Climate and Community Project, a think tank for environmental research, gathered in Philadelphia for a staff retreat. We took group photos and headshots with various backgrounds at the Barnes Foundation.
Georgia On My Mind
My partner's parents recently purchased a property in Cordele, Georgia. We visited for Memorial Day weekend for an immediate family reunion. Kids and dogs running around made for a lively time, and we celebrated his brother Steve's birthday. The family enjoyed cooling in the pool, paddle boating on the lake, and John, the patriarch, treated us to delicious home cooking.
Juliana & Dom | Wissahickon engagement
Juliana and Dom had a dreamy golden hour engagement session in one of my favorite places of all time— The Wissahickon. I love coming here to jog and hike, so this evening felt like a dream job. I met their dogs and we walked a little on West Johnson Street to get to the woods. Juliana was raised on this street, and the couple bought a house down the street from her parents’ home; we even ran into her dad out for a jog. Juliana and Dom fed me vegan sushi after we wrapped. I’m excited to be joining them on their wedding day this coming September!
Creed Family | Society Hill family session
I have had the privilege of capturing Hillary and Ross's journey from their engagement in 2015 to this family session almost 10 years later. Hillary and Ross also introduced me to their group of friends, with whom I had the opportunity to do engagement, wedding, and portrait sessions. The Creeds have relocated to Massachusetts and booked a session with me during their visit to Philly in April.
We met in the morning at Three Bears Park in Society Hill. It’s a great spot because there’s plenty of shade, a playground for when kids need to take a break, and nice vegetation.
Sarah | Rosenbach Library portrait session
I had been looking for an excuse to try out some of the new features in Lightroom, so I was delighted when my friend Sarah agreed to model at the beginning of March. She chose the Rosenbach Library as our location. We took some photos inside the gallery and outside in the garden in the rain. Sarah and I have been friends since our artsy middle school days when we used to take photos for Myspace and Xanga, so it was familiar and fun to experiment with the shots and manipulate the colors, verging on dreamy alternative realities while editing.
Blood
When I asked my friend Estefania if they would like to do a photoshoot together, they coordinated a whole production with Jay as a second model, makeup by cosmiccutie, set design by Peyton Patchouli, and piercings by Cassius. Here’s a selection from our photoshoot that was SFW! It felt good to honor queer love during the month of February ♥️
Erica & Matt | Teca Newtown Square engagement party
Erica and Matt brought their friends and family together on an icy January evening to celebrate their engagement with good food and an open bar at Teca Newtown Square. Accents By Michele provided flowers, and SofistiCakes Bakery made their cake.
Zuwiala-Rogers | Society Hill family session
I have been fortunate to document Emily and Nick's journey, capturing their engagement, wedding, and multiple portrait sessions as their family expands. This time, I had the pleasure of meeting their newest daughter, Elliot. We gathered at Three Bears Park in Society Hill, a location that is ideal for families due to its picturesque backdrop, balmy morning lighting, plenty of shade, and a playground for kids to enjoy when they need a break.
October 2023 | Sean and Nina's Absecon NJ wedding
Sean and Nina's Heritage Park ceremony concluded with Come Along With Me from Adventure Time, and I definitely cried. They caught a couple of Pokémon on the way to submit the marriage license. They celebrated surrounded by family and friends with a backyard reception, and we took some golden hour portraits at Historic Smithville. The October sun looked amazing on these two!
Welcoming Juniper!
My friends Matt and Courtney welcomed their first child! I know Matt because we both play in the Philly band Hour. We had a cozy session around their West Philly home on a rainy summer morning.
Sarah & Jerome | IATSE Ballroom wedding
I am so grateful that Sarah and Jerome brought me along for their wedding! Sarah got ready in South Philly. They shared their first look on the rooftop before heading to FDR Park for more photos and the IATSE Ballroom for their reception. At the reception, I was accompanied by Rachel Del Sordo as a second photographer. Sarah's flowers were arranged by Gen.aissance, and Jack from Nocturne Naturals constructed the arbor. Jack's mother, Carissa, baked the cakes, and Charlie “The Humble Man” Cooper officiated.
Katherine & Chris | Princeton Theological Seminary wedding
Katherine and Chris, who met as Princeton Theological Seminarians, were married at Christ Church in Bordentown and held their reception at Procter House on the PTS campus. We had a gorgeous early summer day for a backyard reception and Princeton photoshoot. I love the way the film from their wedding turned out.
Flowers were provided by Winsome Florals, Sonya Salon styled Catherine’s hair, her dress was by Flora Vere, and Doylestown-based jazz quartet TBRQ played the reception.
